If what you want is to learn something
Every teaching offering in one place. Several of these happen before birth, which is why this is Classes & Education rather than early parenthood. Each one keeps its own page, and that page is where its format, availability and price live.

Baby Safety & Home Preparation
Build a safer environment before you need it.
A practical, judgment-free walkthrough of home safety basics — so you can feel prepared, not anxious, once your baby is mobile.

This is a non-certification educational class and does not replace an official CPR/First Aid certification course.

- Safe sleep
- Babyproofing
- Furniture and TV anchoring
- Cord/blind hazards
- Strangulation hazards
- Choking prevention
- Burn prevention
- Medication/poison safety
- Water/bath safety
- Fall prevention
- Emergency planning
- Basic first-aid supply kit
- When to call 911 or seek urgent care
- Where to obtain certified CPR/First Aid
- Basic car-seat safety information and CPST referral
Again: this class is educational, not a substitute for a certified CPR/First Aid course. I’m glad to point you toward where to get certified.

Infant Massage Coming Soon
Connection through nurturing touch.
Parent-led infant massage education based on the International Association of Infant Massage / Infant Massage USA model — teaching you the strokes and the touch, so bonding happens between you and your baby, not through a practitioner’s hands.

The educator demonstrates on a doll. Parents and caregivers massage their own babies.
Certification Practicum
I am currently completing the practical teaching portion of my Certified Educator of Infant Massage certification through Infant Massage USA.
To finish, I’ll teach one small-group series. Families learn infant massage, and I complete the practical teaching my certification requires.

Details
Paid classes open once my certification is complete. The practicum list above is separate from the class list below.
This class is non-clinical. When something needs hands-on or clinical attention, I’ll say so and help you find the right provider — that’s a handoff, not a dead end.
Classes that sit with a service
These are taught as classes too. Each one is described on the page for the support it belongs to, so there is only ever one description to keep up to date.
- Private Birth PreparationLabor, birth, comfort strategies, interventions and partner support, taught one to one.
- Infant Feeding BasicsEvery method: bottle, formula, combination feeding, breastfeeding and chestfeeding.
- Breastfeeding & Chestfeeding Prep Launching SoonPrenatal preparation for milk production and the early days of feeding.
- Postpartum & Newborn Preparation Launching SoonRecovery, newborn care, feeding, rest and building a support system.
Dates
Most of this is taught one to one at the moment, around your own questions and your own home. Group classes and community gatherings are still being built, and nothing is scheduled yet.
When a class has dates, they will be listed on that class’s own page rather than gathered on a calendar here — so the page you are already reading is the page that tells you. Each page above has an interest list if you would like to hear when dates are set.
Not sure which one you need?
That is an ordinary place to start. Tell me a little about what you are looking for and we can work out what would actually help — beginning with a free Introductory Call, which is a conversation, not a commitment.
