  Free, confidential support by phone, text or chat, 24 hours a day, in English and Spanish. A trained counsellor listens, can connect you with local support groups, and can refer you on if you want more care. Call or text 1-833-TLC-MAMA.

  Who it’s for: Anyone pregnant or recently postpartum, and the partners and family members around them.

  This is a support line, not an emergency line. For an emergency, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

  A helpline you can call or text, online support groups, and a searchable directory of providers who specialise in perinatal mental health.

  Who it’s for: Parents and families; they also train and certify professionals.

  Their helpline is for referrals and peer support, and does not handle emergencies.

  Staffed by trained volunteer peer counsellors rather than licensed clinicians.
